Not good at all
If I could I would give it no stars because you got Brokers that are taking forever just to respond to anyone and I mean I'm trying to move seriously and it's taking forever just to get out of message reply or a viewing of the apartment so to be honest with you I would have to say 0

Not one of the apartment buildings that…
Not one of the apartment buildings that has been submitted to me for consideration has had a vacancy. This app needs to be updated more Frequently to keep it up to date.

Apartment List strives to find every renter a home they love and we partner with data providers for smaller units across the country who share this value. While we perform basic data validation, we rely on those partners to verify the accuracy of their listings. 55+/ wheelchair accessible as an attribute
I really wish you would allow an attribute for 55+ or handicap/ wheelchair accessible. We are trying to find a new apartment and it is great to have a list but then we have to call everyone and ask if the apartment is wheelchair assessable and that illuminates a lot of them.

Since enlisting with this site they have sent to my inbox a steady stream of listings in variety. I was not expecting to receive such a diverse group of viewings, but I am glad for them, it gives me a broader range in a variety of locations within the confines of my desk. Thank you Apartment List.

It a great app u can find an apartment for a cheap price and rent is also cheap depends on the apartment complex area
