Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful, I was trying to help a friend find a new place to live so I decided to give this website a look. They require you to have a set up account in order to even look at listing, which I have never seen another rental website do. It feels like they take you through the whole personalization section for no reason because many of the results didn't match what she was looking for. But the worst thing of all is that there is no way to delete your account, they will absolutely flood your inbox within a day of making your account. If you've already made an account and are looking for a way to delete it, I suggest making a throwaway email and just changing the account email to the throwaway, that's the closest thing to deleting your account you can get.

While you can see some information for properties in a logged out version of our site, you are correct that we require you to go through our quiz and set up an account to see more since our model is based on matching you with apartments that fit your preferences. Your "Best Bets" category should have the best matches to those specifications, but we also offer you flex categories to see what else is out there if you are willing to flex on location, amenities or budget, which is why you may be seeing some results that don't match exactly. Most importantly, if you would like to reach out to [email protected] we are more than happy to help you with that account deletion.
