I have dealt with this firm many times and am really happy. The orders come really quickly

Good afternoon, my name is Iryna Bashnyak. I am a buyer on the Aovo website. I received a scooter last week I a C1Pro scooter. I wanted to turn it on, but unfortunately it does not turn on. All week I sended messages about problem with scooter on website and on Facebook but noone don't answer me. I want turn back scooter and turn bach my money Thanks waiting answer.

My order never arrived yet I paid £954 I have had no help in getting a refund, this was August 2023 yet still no refund. My advice is stay well away from this company. 🙁 Order number 43176 bought in August 2023. I never received the product,a complete Scam.

Bad Support

The website says that delivery is 4-8 days, but I already waited 15 days

One issue I had was the lack of order confirmation email, everything else was perfect. The product was well packaged (kukirin G3 Pro) bonus surprise I got was it came with two chargers, some unboxing videos I've seen there was only one. Would recommend this site with out hesitation. Thank you AovoStore
