Initially, I left a 5-star review based on the price and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience changed completely. The scooter developed problems, I returned it, and although the seller confirmed receipt, I did not receive a refund directly. The only way I recovered my money was by opening a chargeback through my bank. Consider this before purchasing.

I’d give a 1000 “0”s Litigation proceedings against TikTok Shop and AOVOPRO Store are starting next week! I (and others) have had our bikes and scooters returned — yet our money was never refunded. This isn’t just frustrating; it’s dishonest. If you’ve been scammed or mistreated by them, document everything and stay tuned as legal action begins. Don’t let this happen to you — think twice before ordering
