I had an excellent experience working with Nalla Nandini. They were knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and they helped identify deductions I might have otherwise missed. Communication was prompt and professional, and I felt confident knowing my taxes were handled accurately and efficiently. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy tax professional.

I’m working with AOTax for filing since one month their portal has technical issues and doesn’t open any of the files for signature and download. They have collected the filing fees since then no proper response or call. They’re a bunch of jokers sitting in offshore who doesn’t understand the seriousness of the job they are doing.Their call center has attendees who have no knowledge of the questions related to tax and they say some one would call in 24 hours.

I Sold my house in Maine for which there was a 2.5% withhold which I should get it back with REW form 1-1040. Inspite of feeding information multiple times, they just want to fill boxes. Later on hired a proper tax preparer and filed my taxes. I have used AO TAX from 2013 and for the last 3 years, their quality of service has come down drastically. No one checks the messages before replying and no accountability. Do not use them unless you want to verify each and everything and follow up with multiple people who have the slightest of idea on your ticket. I would not be using them anymore. Done with them!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nalla Nandini was exceptionally great. One of the best Tax Filing Experience I've ever had. From start to finish, the process was smooth, intuitive, and surprisingly stress-free. The step-by-step guidance made everything so easy to understand — even the complicated stuff like deductions and credits was explained in plain English. Uploading my documents was a breeze, and the interface was clean and well-organized. I had few questions and she explained everything patiently and professionally. Whether you're a first-time filer or have a more complex tax situation, I can't recommend this service enough. It saved me time, money, and a whole lot of headaches. Thanks Nalla Nandini.
