This is the first time we are filing Tax Returns in the US. So we were able to understand the process related to FBAR, federal and state tax returns and refunds through multiple supportive executives who assisted us throughout the process. Mostly all the returns were filed on time and we used to get call back as requested on time. However, there was only one time where we were stuck for weeks together to get the revised tax drafts and the support was not very great during those 2-3 weeks. Otherwise all other times we received proper guidance and query resolution and the next steps on time. Mr Syed Hussain was especially very helpful in clarifying all the queries and getting us through the next steps.
