My IT return was a simple one and should not have taken much time. Unfortunately, due to poor support, the process got delayed by almost two months. Although my initial experience was not satisfactory, Taher turned things around with excellent support. He resolved my query promptly and was able to answer all my questions clearly and efficiently. I truly appreciate his assistance and professionalism. That said, I still feel that for a simple tax filing, the charges are quite high and could be more reasonable.
