fast delivery, the quality of the clothing is very nice, great fabric, its pricy, but worth it, it is hard finding quality leisure wear...just note, that it fits a little larger, I am normally an XS but needed XXS with everything purchased. I am 5'4" and 101 lbs.

This is a small time importer-exporter business where they are just buying frames in China and shipping them directly to you with a mark up. Their return policy is extremely restrictive and you have to pay your own return shipping. After agreeing to a return and me sending the glasses back, they tried to get me to take store credit instead of giving me the already agreed on refund. Avoid.

I would never recommend buying prescription glasses from Aoolia. From the very beginning, the whole process was stressful and frustrating. My order took months to arrive. During that time, my payment was refunded and then charged again, creating unnecessary confusion. When the package was finally delivered, it was sent to the wrong address because of an issue with the postcode. Despite my name and company details being on the parcel, it was left at someone else’s property, and I had to travel a considerable distance to retrieve it myself. The biggest disappointment came when I received the glasses. The lenses caused blurry peripheral vision and dizziness, making them uncomfortable and unsafe to wear. After contacting customer service, I was told the issue was due to an incorrect PD (pupillary distance). Although I later obtained my correct PD from my optician, they refused to accept responsibility and declined a refund because they considered it my mistake. Instead, I was asked to pay an additional fee to have the lenses remade. After months of delays, delivery problems, and glasses that I couldn’t wear, I have completely lost confidence in this company. The amount of time, effort, and frustration this order has caused simply isn’t worth it. I will not be purchasing from Aoolia again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone looking to buy prescription glasses online.
