Best Customer Service
I am so relieved that I purchased my glasses through Aoolia because they stand by the promise of customer satisfaction. Trusting a company with our money is something consumers do by standing on faith, not knowing if some company’s are legitimate or just out to take our money. My experience with Aoolia has been Amazing. I ordered 2 pair of glasses that were affordable and 1 pair broke after the warranty period. I reached out to the company for assistance and Lily was very helpful. She told me that my warranty period expired and also stated that they could provide me with a new pair of glasses for a minimal charge much less than the original cost of the glasses.
Response from AooliaAug 3, 2026
Thank you sincerely for this wonderful, detailed review! It warms our hearts to hear you had such a positive experience with us. Trust is everything, and we always strive to treat every customer honestly. We’re glad Lily could offer you a favourable solution even after the warranty expired. Enjoy your glasses, and we look forward to serving you again!
