I have ordered several pairs of glasses from this website and they have all been great. I had one issue once but it was dealt with very quickly.

*edit. Ive been offered 5 to remove this, now 10 to remove. Steer clear I received my first pair with the wrong prescription, so paid half price for another pair. These never materialised. I have emailed numerous times and been ignored over the last week. Whilst I got the first pair, the prescription was incorrect, you are better using Vooglam or Firmoo as ive only 25 pairs and not once have I had an issue with either of these companies. Please don't tell me to DM, how about respond to my numerous emails! **edit only AFTER leaving this feedback my glasses have finally arrived, and I was asked to remove this and offered £5. No i won't. This still stands, go elsewhere **second edit.... we are now upto £10. Wish I could leave a picture of their emails. AVOID

We are truly sorry for everything you have gone through. We deeply regret that your first pair arrived with an incorrect prescription, and that the second discounted order never showed up. It is completely unacceptable that your multiple emails over the past week have gone unanswered. We take your feedback seriously. We understand you prefer email contact rather than direct messages. Please forward all your order‑related information including both order numbers to [email protected]. Our team will prioritise your case and reply to your email directly to resolve this matter. We acknowledge your comparison with other eyewear retailers and we will work hard to improve our service quality.
