Absolutely horrendous. They sent me the wrong prescription and refuse to provide me a refund unless I pay for return shipping. Which I will not do for their mistake. Now they are saying I have to go to an optometrist to prove the prescription is wrong. What a joke. Do not order from them because if they make any mistake they will try to force you to pay for it even though federal law requires they provide a refund. Their customer service is a complete waste of time as they will make excuses and ask you to "consider" paying for a new pair or shipping or some other way for them to steal more money. Not worth the risk!
