I originally reached out to them because I purchased prescription glasses and it was my opinion that they were taking too long to reach me. I sent them an email and they got back to me pretty quickly with proof of delivery. I apologised to them, explained that I was at work on a 48hr shift and didn't realise they had been delivered When I did reach home they were in fact there, however, I paid for all of the add ons, but the add on in question is the thinning of the lenses. This was not done. I immediately got in contact and we have literally been arguing back and forth since. I think that it was an oversight that they do not want to admit or concede to, resulting in unnecessary back and forth...which I refuse to do further. I will cut my losses. The point of this review is to caution anyone that if your purchases have any issues, they are immediately defensive and look for excuses rather than resolution. ***REPLY TO AOOLIA** If you had in fact seen my communication notes you would see that this was discussed. I am aware that the thinning depends on the prescription, and you are aware (from my notes) that I have 2 pairs of glasses of the same prescription that are much thinner. These lenses were not thinned at all, so thanks for the same response that I had over email but as I also stated over email (that you already read) I decline your offer of a discount and cut my losses. Your company lies... on emails as well as reviews.
