I am so disappointed. I ordered reading glasses. Although they were really cute, they sis not fit. I followed the instruction on the company website for a return and refund, and can I get any representative to tell me where and how to return the glasses. I keep getting emails saying they will offer me another pair with some sort of discount. I keep getting a run-around. I would not recommend using this site.

According to our return policy: For any unexpected issues caused by the customer, such as filling out the wrong prescription, selecting an unsuitable size, or simply not liking the glasses, you may return the products, but you will need to bear the return shipping cost. If you are returning for a refund, please note that the shipping fee and any custom lens charges paid at the time of order, if applicable, will not be refunded. After checking, we found that your order is currently in the return process. We will arrange the refund for you once we receive and inspect the returned glasses.
