Aon Affinity Travel Practice was quick to answer all our questions regarding our claim and processed it within two weeks of submitting the required documentation. Dealing with billings from a hospital outside the USA, they were quick to investigate and approve all charges, and re-imburse us, in full, for invoices that we received in a foreign language. In speaking with their representative, there was no hesitation in processing our claim. We will continue to use Aon for coverage in any future travel.

I purchased Aon trip insurance for a hiking tour I was scheduled to take in July. In June I developed a condition that was incompatible with hiking in the woods. My doctor filled out Aon's requested medical statement to request a refund for the trip which I was cancelling. Aon's representative couldn't be nicer. She quickly reviewed the information I sent them and provided my refund within a couple of weeks. Would definitely buy trip insurance from them again.

I was nervous to make a claim and expected the worst, based on things I had heard regarding travel insurance.However, it was easy since I had the required documents. I was very impressed and would not be afraid to recommend this company.

I had to cancel my trip due to medical reasons. I furnished the requested paper from the tour operator and my doctor. Within 48 hours my claim was approved and I received my expected refund in my checking account three days later. Very easy!

Absolutely outstanding Customer Service!! I submitted a claim for a refund of my travel deposit, due to medical issues, and from processing the request to receipt of the money was less than 1 week.
