I am 76 years old and have limited knowledge about communicating electronically so I was a bit lost when I was asked to submit everything via email. The claim process was a little labor intensive (having to scan all the documentation and then attach to the claim online) but I finally figured it out. It was processed pretty quickly and I was happy with the result. I would have liked a breakdown of how the amount was determined because the amount I received was kind of an odd amount.

An unexpected medical condition arose and required hospitalization. We reported this to our travel professional and she submitted our claim. We received the paperwork and took our physician for completion. It was submitted and we received the acceptance the following day and complete payment was received within a week. We will continue to use AON as we plan our travels.
