FANTASTIC
FANTASTIC! Having to cancel our cruise due to my husband's surgery was very disappointing, however, the insurance company was so efficient! I received half the money immediately and then, upon emailing the doctor's note, I got the rest of the money the next day. I highly recommend Aon. Now I can reschedule!

I was given clear information about what I needed to provide in order to proceed with my claim. Once I assembled the necessary documentation, the upload process was seemless. I was updated on my claim status and provided with my refund in a timely manner.

Great Experience
It was easy to submit claim which was paid quickly. Covered all documented costs when a flight delay caused us to lose a night in hotel and transportation from airport to hotel. Our experience was great.

Great service from AON
I was amazed at the simplicity of filing our trip cancellation claim due to my wife's accident. The request for documentation was basic and uncomplicated. Further the speed at which they processed our claim far exceeded my expectation. As a result I highly recommend AON for trip cancellation insurance.

Cruise Insurance
we have always taken insurance and have never had the need to use it thank goodness. However, we recently needed to cancel a cruise due to husband‘s health. Called to find out how to handle follow those instructions when online filled out information and within days received a refund check. a wonderful experience.
