Trotz nachgewiesenem nicht Eigenverschulden der Lieferung des falschen Akkus bin ich auf den Rücksendekosten setzen geblieben. Und das ist bei dem lokalen Lagersitz in Tschechien entsprechend teurer ! Update: Wenn man die Auswahl hat, ein Modell zu wählen und das anklicken kann. Dann geht man davon aus, dass man als Nächstes nur noch auf bestellen klicken muss. So ist es auf allen anderen Webseiten nur nicht auf ihrer. Weitere Verbesserungsvorschläge müsste ich leider in Rechnung stellen. Effy

Batterie hors service au bout d'un an et SAV inefficace Batterie commandée il y a un an, déjà totalement inutilisable. Le service client répond aux messages, mais complètement à côté de la plaque. Produit non fiable et site qui ne respecte pas les règles de la garantie légale française. De plus, en examinant les choses plus en détail, on constate que le serveur hébergeant le site internet de la boutique héberge également des sites d’arnaques liés aux casinos en ligne. À fuir.

I recieved a fake laptop battery from this company, it was dead when it arrived, I charged it fully and 24hrs later with no use, when I did switch on the laptop it only showed 65% battery? When I used my laptop it had gone down to 55% in minutes? Far Far worse than the battery it replaced, so bad in fact I took out the (New battery) and replaced my old one back into my laptop. This company refused to repay me, refused to take the battery back, and stopped communicating by email. This fake laptop supplier goes by two Company names, 1=AolsteCell.co.uk 2=lenovobatteryshop.co.uk Fake battery suppliers. This is thier updated email to me about thier fake battery refusing to accept its fake but get ME to run tests on it for THEM??? Dear Customer, Thank you for your message regarding your battery order. Per our warranty policy, if you believe the battery is defective, we require supporting evidence of the fault to proceed with a warranty‑covered solution for you. This may include photos or a short video showing the issue. If you choose not to provide fault evidence and still wish to return the item, the return will not be covered under our warranty. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for total. You may choose one of the two options below: Provide us with valid fault evidence, and we will assist you with our warranty process. I made them aware, its thier fake battery, take it back and test it yourself, on your computer/test bed, its not going back into mine.
