Great membership sad I’m leaving due to finance issues they were completely acceptable have them a month notice and let me cancel would reccoment to others

no one is in there

Wish I could do zero stars!! Anytime Fitness is the worst….We were supposed to be canceled in October but somehow we weren’t canceled then after that they started charging our old card twice a month instead of once. So 2 charges per person per month. Which we never agreed to. And we have to pay this 350 balance now to actually cancel or it goes to credit bureau. Then it took like 10 tries to make the payment with their billing company. AND we still had to pay another month because you have to give a 30 day cancel notice which we literally already gave but we can’t pay it now it has to be auto drawn later this was nov 26. My husband gives them our new card information so we can make that last payment now today December 9 we get a notification that it was never updated and we owe them more money. I I’ve never had to work this hard to cancel the gym. I have never seen this level of incompetence from gym staff and management. PSA - pick a different gym!!! Total trash

Anytime fitness Zwevegem is een must om te gaan trainen. Vriendelijke coach en verzorgde fitnesszaal. Aangename sfeer .

Basic gym but beware, the cancellation is a mess, they make it very hard to find & trick you into paying more based on contract clauses.

Great gym and it has all the basics of what I need.. keep in mind every gym has different owner and maybe equipment but I love the one in 77429.. cypress.. I come and go and at my own time.. no frills but just all I need

I requested a cancellation, but it was not processed. I would like the charges to stop. I do not recommend it.

Review for Anytime Fitness Fruit Cove FL: Good gym with decent variety of equipment. Extremely poor membership and management practices. I canceled my membership when I moved out of state in June 2024, turned in my key fob, and was assured that my account was closed. I received no further written or electronic communication from the gym. In November 2024 I began getting calls from a collections company alleging an unpaid balance, again with no written communication. I have contacted Anytime Fitness to resolve and will update this review once I have written confirmation that the matter is resolved.
