They have NO SUCH THING as support. Click on their supposed "Support" option and it takes you to a blank Google tab! They provide NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER! They say they have a 30 day money back guarantee but just try to get in touch with someone there - NOT POSSIBLE!!!

I've been using this software to backup my blue ray collection for several years. It works really well and is very easy to use. It runs fast on a 8 year old gaming pc. Recently my pc died as windows corrupted. The shop put on W11 and got it working. However, the software installation system recognises it as a new machine and many softwares would not accept the serial number as it was already regisered. I contacted Anymp4 and they reset my registry and it all works without having to buy it again. Great service and product 😃

Produkt funktioniert nicht (Stürzt ab). 30 Tage Rückgaberecht mit dem geworben wird verweigert. Nicht zu empfehlen. Grüße an den Support, der es nicht hinbekommt, Nachrichten vollständig zu lesen. Gerne löse ich Probleme ohne Rezensionen. Hier möchte ich aber ausdrücklich warnen. Florian Wessling

Jedes mal wenn ich den Rechner neu starte muss ich für AnyMP4 die Registrierungsdaten neu eingeben. Programm funktioniert nicht, wenn keine Internetverbindung vorhanden ist. Das Ergebnis einer 4k umwandlung von H264 (25fps) nach H265 (25fps) ist sehr bescheiden und erzeugt nur ruckelnde Videos.

I have had lots of great success using Any MP4 but now their customer service REALLY came through. Due to the Microsoft discontinuing support for Windows 10, I was forced to upgrade my computer to support Windows 11. The customer service team at AnyMP4 understood my dilemma and was able to renew my key to enable my using the software on my new computer!
