I had some trouble registering the AnyMP4 software on my new PC at first, but thanks to the excellent support team, the issue was quickly resolved and the software was successfully activated. I use AnyMP4 to convert all my music DVDs to MP4, because modern PCs no longer support DVD playback. In this regard, AnyMP4 is an excellent replacement. The conversion process is smooth, and the quality of the converted DVD videos in MP4 format is outstanding. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the software and the helpful customer support.

First I purchased Blu-ray Creator and found that it did not allow me to fully edit the disc menus. I reached out to customer service and they advised me to try DVD creator. I did so and found that it did exactly what I needed and also it burns Blu-rays as well! Since this solved my problem customer service offered to switch me over to DVD Creator for no additional charge. Only took a few emails during this whole process. Now everything works great.

Blu-ray Player and Atmos. There was a problem with the Atmos playback on the Blu-ray player software. This problem was fixed with very good communication. Excellent player. Highly recommended.

I purchased AnyMP4 in the spring of 2025. I had some issues with the software's menu and with some playback and audio and video settings. As soon as I reported my issues, the support team and engineers provided continuous assistance until the problems were completely resolved! I have been using anymp4 since 2015 (on a lifetime license) and have had very few problems with it. On the two occasions when I couldn't get it to work (because of upgrades to my computer equipment) I emailed the support team and they fixed the issues within 24 hours both times at no extra expense to me. It's unusual to get this level of customer service anywhere these days. I have other apps that do their own upgrades that nullify lifetime licenses I have paid for, so it's great to find one that sticks to the promise and values its customers.

Very quick response and solution to my problem. I've used AnyMP4 for over a decade and this is the first time I've had to contact support, I'd recommend them to anybody.
