AnyMP4Reviews of anymp4.com

Habe ausversehen das falsche Programm ausgewählt und gekauft, leider keine Kulanz möglich. Die Firma ist nicht zu empfehlen

Terrible customer service. And for clarity, this review isn't referring to the specific agent I dealt with, they were good. It's the policy of the company that was frustrating. I bought a bundle and one of the products did not work. I tried everything they asked me to do and still did not work. I asked for a refund and they refused. They just kept telling me that I wasn't doing it right and sending me screen shots over and over. In this day and age this unacceptable. We are well past the point of having to make people jump through loop holes to get a refund. Amazon, best buy and even small local stores...even if the product is working I have always had the right to change my mind and get my money back if I'm within the time limit. That's just basic customer service. I'm stuck with the product now but I'll never buy anything from them again. They basically stole my money.
