Was having problems using same computer, but different operating systems. ANYMP4 responded truly quickly, worked with me with a couple of new Beta software program copies and stayed with me until the problem was solved. Couldn't ask for better service and the results were all great.

I paid almost 90 dollars for the dvd ripper, video converter, dvd creator, dvd copy. They crash once in a while even though I have the latest versions of them and Mac OS. The program, "video converter x" I downloaded wants to access the root folder. Why? I accidentally granted the access. Now I am wondering if my computer is compromised.

Se trata de un excelente programa, muy potente y completo, para edición de formatos de video. Yo lo uso sobre todo para convertir formatos a formatos compatibles con mi tv. Fácil de usar y muy intuitivo. Y sobre todo un servicio postventa y de atención al cliente rápido y eficaz!!

I had a hardware failure and could not re-register the product. Contacted customer support with my issue. They responded back very quickly with an explanation as to why and what happened and that they had rectified the issue. I was back in business with minimal issues!! Awesome software and spectacular customer service.

For me, as a non technician:), is this the easiest to use when it comes to video editing (and I tried loads of similar). Super nice staff that helps quick if there are any questions. And it got everyting I need, all PERFECT !

ANYMP4 Dvd Creator. Watch out for the misleading hype that the progam Anymp4 Dvd creator claims to be able to do. I purchased theAnyMp4 Blu-ray creator. The site claims you can burn to disk "ANYMP4" movie file as one of their options. I had downloaded some blu-ray movies and tried to burn to a blu-ray blank disc. The disk fails to play in several brand video disc players that i tested on. I actually tried 4 times with different movies and new blank discs and they all failed to play. Rember the name of the program is "ANYMP4Blu-ray creator" It doesnt work. I paid approx $65.00 AUD for this program,after getting the failures of using Anymp4 blu-ray creator failing to create a blu-ray movie on a blank blu-ray disc i requested a refund. I explained that i had tried to burn downloaded blu-ray movie files to disc and it didnt work. i have purchased and downloaded another program to burn the blu-ray movies and it works perfectly. As for the refund they claim that the AnyMp4 Blu-ray creator does not claim to be able to burn downloaded bluray movie files. The web site just advertises the name AnyMp4. The following was taken from there web page... AnyMP4 DVD Creator Burn any video format to Blu-ray. Burn video to all Blu-ray types in 3 modes. Create Blu-ray with various menu templates. Customize Blu-ray movies flexibly before burning. BEWARE! It does not burn all types of downloaded Mp4 movie files! After requesting a refund they want copies of computer files and logs. They say thay are a reputable company but they are being difficult about refund, also the payment goes through another money handling online entity and they bounce you from one site to another to claim the refund. So if you are looking for a mp4 burning program/suit check that the program works as advertised and what is there money back policy. This company AnyMp4DvdCreator makes it very difficult to get refund and i will never deal with them again.

I primarily use the Screen Recorder product. The product is very flexible allowing you to capture either the entire screen or an individual application window. I have had a couple of reason to contact their support. In each case the responses were within 24 hours and completely met my expectations. Great product and great support!
