We have a couple of licenses and one of them is their lifetime (AnyMP4) product and it's worth the investment; We needed help on a specific issue where we could not move forward without support. They cared and provided us good support when we needed it. We were able to get our issue resolved quickly and easily with their help. We've also been customers of their products for over 5 years. It's nice to know that when you need help it's there for you and you don't need to worry about too much back and forth to resolve the issue. This is what we look for before buying a product does it come with support or do they leave you hanging. They are worth it. Would we recommend their product(s)? Yes

I've been using the AnyMP4 suite of products for about four years now, under the lifetime license. First, it does exactly what it says on the tin - perfect Blu-ray clones, rips, all the rest. Splendid. Ideal for taking my discs on travels without risking the actual discs. The only minor bugbear is the licensing engine which sometimes falls foul of the likes of CC Cleaner in cleaning up the machine, and reports that the license key is already used, back to trial mode. A mail to support with my details and they usually reset it within 24 hours, so really no complaints there either. It would be nice if the coding were such that license keys don't get canned by CC Cleaner, but there you go! I appreciate they need to protect their IP and not have stolen software floating about...

The AnyMP4 Blueray ripper was easy to use and the outputquality was excellent. The only point of comment was the automatc renewal, that I did not need. It was difficult to find and it might have been easier if you had a choice in between automatic renewal and manual. Otherwise I was very satisfied with my experince in contacting you.

Since 2022 I have a lifetime license of a program. After buying a new computer I had to reactivate my registration. The support desk did help very well, the program is functioning again. Thanks. Jansen, The netherlands

Excellent Support Team I have been using "Any MP4" for a while now. It has a number of features I like, in particular the "collage" feature and the Video enhance as well. I recently had problems with registration and the support team were very helpful and very quick to respond too !

I have been using AnyMP4 Screen Saver for a few years now and it works perfectly. I recently changed computers and their online Support was very quick to give me all the relevant information, so that I was able to transfer my lifetime license to the new laptop quickly and without any problems. Therefore I can highly recommend this product.
