AnimawingsReviews of animawings.com

I flew with Animawings several times, there were a few cancelled flights, fact that was annoying, yes, but this is a cheap airline and I have to say it's totally worth the money IF your schedule is flexible. If not, better pay double or more and fly Lufthansa. As for the people working there I have only good things yo say about: professionalism, courtesy, respect, etc. From call-centre to the crew. All in all, these people are doing the best with what they've got.

Nu recomand , sunt niste excroci dupa 3 luni nu au rambursat banii pe un zbor anulat de ei in conditiile in care legea spune ca au obligatia sa ramburseze in 7 zile.Evitati.

Flight took off on time, landed early, baggage arrived as soon as I got off the bus, service good, ariplane brand new. Seems like they have their act together, would book again without any hesitation.

We booked business class from Gatwick to Bucharest. The website description and images looked great of the product. When we boarded it was an all economy plane. Very unfriendly staff who didnt seem to care at all and just said sit on the front row. I paid an extra 600 EUROS for the upgrade for two people. Check in staff couldn't figure out why my ticket had changed and so we were stuck at check in for 25 minutes to start the experience off which went from bad to worse. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I flew from Bucharest to Timisoara. The flight was on time, and the aircraft was what looked like a brand-new Airbus A220. I cannot really complain about anything. The crew was nice, the onboard free snack was good too, and I thought the seat was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. They offer both USB-A and USB-C on the seatback, which is nice. I had no trouble booking or checking in on the website, although an app would be better, as they send a boarding card via email. This just seems a bit old-fashioned. When I asked for a paper boarding pass at the airport, it was printed without any fuss. I would fly with this airline again. They were cheap and got me across Romania on time and in comfort.

Delays, delays, and more delays, always just under 3 hours, so you’re not entitled to any compensation. Imagine landing at Gatwick at 22:30 instead of 21:30 on a Sunday, then trying to catch a train to Central London and another one heading east. I expected a different mindset and business model from a new airline, but that clearly wasn’t the case. I was wrong. Avoid this company at all costs, you're better off flying with the usual options like Wizz Air or Ryanair.
