Every time the flight from Iași to Bucharest it s delayed because of a problem with the aircraft , also they didn’t let me stay on my seat near emergency exit because i had an elastic band on the ankle and they said i couldn’t help in case of emergency , i guess nobody staying there it s more helpfull then someone with a small problem , no empathy , no compassion for humans from the crew after i explain them it s not a such a big problem with my leg and i could help in case of a problem and also need it to keep my leg extended

I had to call customer services 2 times , different days. 26 minutes on the line first time and aprox 30 minutes second time. Wasting our time. I had a delayed flight also. No sms, no informations on their site. Relayed on flightradar24.com. A lot to improve.

The seats were excellent, well above the competitors, the plane just felt vigger , even the middle corridor. I didn t have delay but that could happen like at any other company, the flight was smooth

I strongly do not recommend this airline. My flight was delayed by over an hour and a half without any explanation or updates from the staff. While I understand that you are a relatively new company operating with a small fleet, this is no excuse for poor communication and lack of respect. Please do not overextend your schedule beyond what your capacity actually allows. As a business, you need to show respect to your passengers and clients. Punctuality and basic transparency should be a priority, not an afterthought.

The worst to travel with trust me avoid and pay the little extra and fly on time otherwise your delayed for a minimum of 1 hour + with this budget airline never again.

The staff at the airport from today flight Bucharest to Oradea it was horrible. No communication, no respect just arrogance.
