Currently using the free version to make a short animation for my university assignment. Faced some technical issues with the animation while rendering so I contacted the support team, they solved the problem in about an hour, kudos to all support team members!

I am very new to the concept of using Gif to create and increase engagement with my customers, so I decided to tae advantage of the free trial that Animaker offer. Despite watching an Animaker instruction video on youtube, I ran into problems on the second day and reacched out to their support. I received a link to go to and connect with a real person who guided me by sharing my screen and eventually, the problem I was experiencing was fully resolved. Sathya Sekhar in support was very friendly, approachable and patient and I very much appreciated this as he turned my frustrating first experience using Animaker into one where I feel I accomplished what I set out to do.

The experience of using Animaker has been really good. It's simple to use- just the way a person who's trying to create animation for the first time would want it to. During our experience of using Animaker we did encounter technical glitches and that too twice which hampered our pace and obviously led to time wastage, that's why deducting one star. However the team was super swift in addressing the grievances, super happy with the customer support I received! Recommend this to everyone who's new to animation.

I have been working with Animaker team for a while for a project. Abishek and the whole support team have been very helpful and the product is perfect for my work.

If you want clear communication don’t go here. I had tried the software out and realized it didn’t work for me. I never signed up for a subscription and never received an email to do so with any invoice. Then a charge showed up on my card. I contacted as I’d never used beyond a day and found out I had been subscribed without my permission. I was initially told they weren’t able to reverse charge then later told they could give 50% back. This despite being a service that was not used or permitted to purchase. Zero care for customer service. I’m sure some people love the product and it’s useful but be very careful.
