Discovered Animaker through a YouTube tutorial. It is the MOST user-friendly application software for beginners. There are a variety of backgrounds, characters and effects to work with. You won’t regret upgrading!

I was impressed with the quality of the tool. I've been looking for tools for a long time, and I've never seen one so efficient. Congratulations!

I am so sad to give it 3 stars as the EXCELLENT customer service should make it 5 stars. But I do want to get Animaker's attention, and they do need to make some changes. (Sorry in advance for the amount of capitalized words, but it's how I feel right now.) I spend WAY too much time looking for non-existent backgrounds or objects. For instance, there is a bowling bg, but NO character's action is bowling. They have bg's for a basketball court, tennis court a baseball field, archery and ice skating, and NO CHARACTER'S ACTION IS DOING ANY OF THESE SPORTS!!! They have 1 movie theatre bg where every chair faces front, but EVERY SINGLE character sits off to the side. There are WAY TOO FEW animated property objects, and I can only either choose a fat person or a skinny person. NO character pushes a baby stroller, NO character's action is lying down when SLEEP is a choice of expression, WAY TOO FEW template options...!!! I will still continue to use Animaker as it's the best software for my needs right now. But I do wish they could make some of these changes.

I love Animaker! Lots of customizable options. I interact with a lot of older adults and people with disabilities and find plenty of images that make them feel included and welcome. So, I love the diversity and inclusiveness. Totally recommend. My only note: watch your downloads! If you exceed, you have to pay to output. I learned my lesson the hard way :) PS, customer service is super responsive and very friendly.

As Director of Visual Media for a national non-profit I have been looking for an appropriate Animation software to create our upcoming video series. I tried out Animaker & seeing the potential of the software, I reached out to Animaker with some support questions. After a little back and forth, I was put in touch with Animaker Technical Support where I worked with Abishek, who went above & beyond to ensure my issues were resolved and our needs taken care of. He not only acknowledged my feedback but showed genuine interest in understanding the nuances of our requirements. This level of attentiveness and proactive communication was truly refreshing. Abishek scheduled a meeting with me in which he & I discussed our needs in-depth, he ensured that he had a comprehensive understanding of what we were looking for, offered creative solutions for many of my questions and set realistic time expectations for potential enhancements. It is hard to find a company so committed to improve their software and so genuinely dedicated to customer satisfaction. They are the kind of partner that is a pleasure to work with. We are more than likely going to work with them.

I am an older person that has some experience with graphics. So it was pretty intuitive. Just had a few glitches but figured them out. I wanted to make a gif that could be sent via text message. The gif came out very blurry on the text message so that was not successful. But thanks to your support. I went back and re- downloaded it as a video. And it was able to be posted to Facebook but I could not send it via text. And it be seen without being downloaded by the recipient. I have not had time to read all the fine print to find out. If I'm limited as to how many times a month, I can use it without paying. But as a person that just likes to send. Thank yous that are fun to look at. I appreciate having the ability to do it on your program.
