Scammers, who after canceling the subscription illegally charge you without warning. They tell you that the money refund has been sent and that it will take time to arrive, but after 4 weeks it still does not appear. I am thinking of taking legal action against the company.

Contraté el servicio para un trabajo puntual. El vídeo renderizó mal, con png estropeadas con fondo blanco. Sin embargo, como el trabajo era urgente tuve que entregarlo con fallos (no míos, sino del renderizado). Hecho el trabajo, di de baja el servicio. Meses después me percaté de que me llevaban cobrando 18 euros al mes=más de 100 euros hasta esa fecha. Hablé con ellos y prometieron devolverme el dinero. Ya pasó el plazo de la transferencia y no he recibido nada. Me siento estafado y engañado con esta plataforma.
