Animaker Inc.Reviews of animaker.com

Fast, friendly and efficient service when needed. thanks Bala

I was skeptic at first. I am VERY new at the moment. However, I had my video freeze and sent in a request for support. I received a response quickly via support ticket and within the chat was resolved in a matter of minutes. I know this may not happen every time; but for now, I am super impressed.

goated customer service i have to say , so easy to use and really user friendly even for beginners!

I really like using Animaker, it'ssuper practical, easy to use and has so many functions to choose from. However, I think it is a bit on the expensive side, so if you're only planning to create one video thats longer than 2 min I'd say don't do it. But if youre staying under 2 min it's free and if you're looking to create more videos it's perfect for you. The team is also very quick to reply and help out at any time:)

I’ve been using Animaker for a while now, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations! The platform is incredibly user-friendly, even for beginners like myself, and the variety of templates and tools available makes creating animations and videos a breeze. I love the drag-and-drop functionality, which allows me to customize my projects with ease. The ability to create high-quality videos in a short amount of time has been a game changer for me, and the support team is always responsive and helpful when I need assistance. Overall, Animaker has been a fantastic tool for all my creative needs, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to create professional-looking animations and videos without needing advanced skills.

Bought this for the text to video feature. But it just does not recognise the files I upload (MP3 files) which is what it asks for. Contacted customer services and they said I can email them everytime my audio file, and they will sort it out. I simply do not have the time to be sending a raw footage file to them, waiting a day or two for a reply with their video. I complained and asked to cancel my account and get a refund - but they said they do not do refunds. I do not recommend this at all.

I am new to this style of animation. I am trying this out to see if I want to use this site. I was having issues and customer service was amazing. Quick response, actually helped me. That alone can get my business!! Thank you so much.
