I recently bought the AQ177 Pro Max ebike and it’s an amazing e-bike specially for my first time owning one. I bought it to do food delivery and they don’t lie when they say it’s a range beast. Customer service is great and they are always there to help.

Frame snapped after 7 months—Customer service completely ignored me once I provided proofI purchased my e-bike 7 months ago, and the frame recently suffered a severe material fracture. According to Aniioki’s official warranty policy, a desoldering or material fracture is fully covered under their warranty period.I contacted customer service to file a claim. Initially, they were responsive and asked for my Amazon order number, frame number, and motor hub number. This gave me high hopes that they would honor their policy. However, as soon as I provided the final piece of paperwork and physical proof they requested, they completely ghosted me. My messages have been marked as "Read" on WhatsApp with zero response or next steps for over 4 days now.It feels like they were banking on me not having the paperwork, and now that I do, they are intentionally avoiding their warranty obligations. This bike is my primary mode of transportation to and from work to be able to provide for my family. Everyday that I go without that bike is another day I have to put money towards something other then to putting food on the table or keeping the utilities on because I'm paying for ubers to get to and from work. Leaving a customer stranded with a broken, dangerous frame and refusing to respond is terrible business and heartless not even trying to understand and care about how that is effecting the customer. Do not buy from them if you expect any actual post-purchase support.

I recently purchased the Aniioki A8 Pro Max, and overall I’m very happy with my purchase. The battery life is excellent and lasts for many hours, which makes it perfect for food delivery and long rides. The bike feels solid, comfortable, and powerful. When I first received it, I had a couple of minor assembly issues, but Aniioki’s customer support responded quickly and provided clear instructions that helped me resolve everything. I really appreciate their professional service and follow-up. The build quality, comfort, and long battery range make this e-bike stand out. If you’re looking for a reliable e-bike for daily commuting or delivery work, I would definitely recommend the Aniioki A8 Pro Max. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and look forward to riding it for a long time.

My new Aniioki A8 Pro Max is just about perfect. Took about 3 hours to setup out of the box, it was fairly straightforward (the manual is in need of some editing) and the build quality is quite good. So far I have ridden about 100 miles and am impressed with the power. It goes up hills with out straining. Can't wait to put more miles on it! Bill L.

Received my new 2026 edition AQ177 Pro Max Dual Motor eBike. I had some issue with installing front wheel but after contacting Aniioki, they helped me figure it out. As far as the bike it self goes, this is an amazing bike. I have my kid’s burley trailer attached to it and I have been riding it for the past week without charging it. Has plenty of power and rides very smooth. It’s not the cheapest E bike but I would highly recommend it.

Brilliant can’t fault the company any problems they do there best to get it sorted
