The bike was shipped on time and is quality manufactured. Assembly was a cinch and the included tools were extremely handy. It is a solid machine. The charger inverter came broken, had to buy another charger. The new charger did work but was 219.00 extra dollars. I rode it yesterday and it was a blast.

Very smoothe ride amazing range strong stoping power. I bought the bike for dominos/door dash/uber eats ebike delivery the only thing I would like is for a USB port and a more sturdy headlight.

I finally pulled the trigger on the Aniioki AQ177 Dual Motor 52V e-bike… and let me tell you, the internal debate about spending that much on my first e-bike was real. I was this close to backing out. But shoutout to my friend who did a full FBI-level investigation on e-bikes and basically said, “Trust me, this is the one.” Turns out… he understood the assignment. This thing is a beast—dual motors, 52V battery, smooth power, and enough torque to make you question every life decision that led you to regular bikes. It rides like a dream and low-key makes me feel like I should be wearing all black with a helmet visor at all times. Only complaint? The original seat felt like it was designed by someone who hates comfort. But once my friend swapped it out, it went from “why am I suffering” to “I could ride this thing into another state and not complain.” Final verdict: 💸 Slightly painful purchase ⚡ Absolutely worth it 🚴♀️ Zero regrets 😎 Mild personality upgrade included

Sofar my experiance has been pretty positive. The riding experiance of my 2025 A9 Promax is great. As a large framed man it makes my trip to work (14 miles one way) is exciting and relaxing all at the same time. Customer service is understanding and if they cannot provide a solution for your particular challenge they will help you in other value added ways.

The company's customer service has been excellent, very accommodating. My tires have had issues, but other than that the bike has been running well.
