Attention France

Disappointed after spending a long time…
Disappointed after spending a long time organising an order only to find out they wanted my credit card statement and photo ID along with a photo of the last few digits on the credit card. ID name must match the one on the credit card. Ive never been asked to email all this before and have purchased from all over the world. In the end my order had to be cancelled and a refund was issued. I will need to find another brand to buy from that just accept my credit card without asking for so much extra stuff that could be fraudulently used against me.

Hello there. I apologize for such a delay in our response. We do have a pretty unorthodox way of trying to protect cardholders at this time. This is unfortunately due to many fraudulent orders that we have received. We only ask for the card showing the last 4 digits (all information blurred out) and the ID that matches that. Once we ask for this information, we note this account and will not need the information again. Typically this is for orders that are a little large and/or the card processor deems them as possible fraud. Sometimes that process is bogus, however we still have to go through the motions of checking it. I hope in the future you will give us another chance. I would like to invite you to reach out to me directly [email protected]
