We’re really sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the delivery. When your bike is shipped, we do send customers updates via email, but the FedEx signature requirement is in place to prevent theft, as leaving an e-bike outside is risky. We understand this situation wasn’t ideal, and we sincerely apologize for the delays and the delivery experience. Unfortunately, we don’t have direct control over FedEx’s delivery process, but generally, it’s best to contact them to arrange a more convenient delivery time.
