Good morning Anthony! Thank you so much for reaching out regarding your order and experience. With the basic shipping option that you chose for your order, transit time can take 7-10 days to be delivered. Your order left our facility on 9/3 and was delivered to you on 9/13. Please note that UPS and USPS do not consider weekends and holidays in their transit time estimates. We've emailed you with some additional information regarding the experience itself. Please kindly reply to the email so that we can continue assisting you with this matter.
