Mystery Packages are FUN!
I purchased a mystery package and everything was great except for the gold glittery jock strap. The glitter goes everywhere and is not an item for anyone other than a stripper :) Otherwise the other mystery items were fabulous!

Absolutely love Andrew Christian! Underwear always fits like it states. Only issue is the surprise gift of the zip up sweater came in a medium when I need a XL for tops.

Hi Dustin! Thank you for your feedback! We try to have something for everyone! We can understand that not everyone is comfortable with thongs and briefs so we do have tons of boxers as well. I copied the link to all of our boxers below: https://www.andrewchristian.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=boxers Our inventory is updated every 7-10 days so, if you don't see anything that interests you here, please check back regularly for updates. If you have any questions or require our assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team at [email protected].

Ads with pictures of items you can't buy
Great customer service. About once a week, I receive an email with a promotion and a picture of a peqr of underwear that is not listed on the Andrew Christian website. That is annoying! Do you know how many screen shots I have of underwear they advertise but you cannot buy. Too many! Their advertising person doesn't keep up with what you can buy!

Hi Jamie! Thank you for your feedback on this! Oftentimes, the models in our newsletter emails are being seen in upcoming items. Due to the fact that we operate as a boutique style company, we are always rejeuvinating our product lines every 7-10 days with new releases and styles! If you ever run across a style in one of our photos that you don't see on the site, please reach out to customer service at [email protected] and we can do our best to help you with finding the item or, if it is not available, a similar item or style that may interest you.

I love their designs and they are very comfortable in general. I wish there were more promotions on free delivery.

Hi Victor, Thank you for your awesome feedback!! We don't often offer free shipping however, if one signs up for our email newsletters and text massaging- we send exclusive discounts and offers that would give you lower prices on the items which would help offset the cost of the shipping and any other fees you would be paying for delivery. If you have any questions on how to sign up - please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] and we can help :)
