Terrible customer service and exchange policy. I’ve purchased 3 bathing suits from this company in size Large and they fit me well. I also purchased a set of bikini in large. Whilst the bottom fit, the top was extremely small, not accurate with their measurements. I went to the portal to exchange but am unable to due to sale item. Very disappointed as I am travelling to Europe in a few week. I’ve sent an email, Instagram message and Facebook message. No response. Will definitely not be buying from this company again

I wish I head read these reviews. Mine is the Mykynos (sp?) with the plunging neckline and is so not comfortable. I SO WANTED COMFORTABLE and as soon as I put it on I knew when I wore it to swim, I would LOVE the moment I got to take it off.

I've never written a poor review for any company in my life. I never thought it was worth the time - until now. I purchased the Sardinia Flat Black Classic Suit and wore it twice. I washed it once on delicate and laid it flat to dry. When I put it on a third time to wear, one of the straps snapped. This suit was $95 and I've had $20 bathing suits from Target last far longer. I reached out to Customer Service asking for store credit for a new one, and this is how they responded: We work with high-quality materials to create beautiful, functional, and durable suits. While we strive for longevity (and proper ​care will help!), swimsuits will not last forever. Just think about it--swimsuits are put through a lot (more than any other garment you own!). Sadly, well-loved suits do experience damage to hardware after contact with chlorine, salt, sand, and heat. Heated pools and hot tubs are certainly a contributing factor. Nevertheless, I've passed along your photos and information to our production team as a reference. I'd love to extend 15% off your next Andie order so don't hesitate to reach out with any style or sizing questions - we're here and happy to help! I found this response incredibly condescending. Of course I'm aware of the wear and tear bathing suits can experience. I don't need that broken down for me. But wearing a $95 suit two times should not qualify as "well loved." And a 15% discount on yet another purchase does not come close to compensating the damage. I imagine the rep did not even read my e-mail in its entirety. Needless to say this was a huge waste of money. Don't go near this place.

This company is a total sham. I ordered the Almafi, and though it fit nicely, the hardware on the strap corroded in less than 3 months, even after rinsing the suit with fresh water after each use. I tried emailing, since they do not have a direct line to call and speak directly with a customer service agent, and I was asked to send photos. I did. Nothing. No response back. This was over a week ago. I’m leaving for a vacation, and I’m now forced to wear a horrible looking suit. In my desperation, I found a number to a store in NY. I spoke with someone who said she would pass my info on to a ‘higher up,’ and I still haven’t heard back. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ANDIE SWIM!!!! Update: after nearly 2 weeks of trying to remedy my situation, I finally got an actual person to respond and send me a new suit. I am giving them an extra star, but I still would never order from this company again.

I have only had my Malibu flat black for a few days, thought I was pretty happy with it, until I went in the water. The pads in the chest bunch up on the sides of the suit. Not flattering! For the money I spent this should not happen. I can’t comment on the wear of it, seeing as I have I have only worn it once. Very disappointing, wish I had read these reviews and not just IG, before ordering. Lesson learned.

Still waiting to hear back from anyone in customer service or orders department to track my swimsuit and locate where the package is and/or for a refund. Shipment was a couple weeks ago. Reached out for assistance Wednesday and still pending. So far customer service not showing up. Come on Andie Swim—step up your game and impress please!

Terrible customer service! Received products after a month long wait. Company refused to refund and or compensate me - never will I be purchasing from them

Do not ever buy from this company. I ordered a month ago for an upcoming vacation. I heard nothing for two weeks then when I contacted to ask about my order was told the items they sold me were actually out of stock. I asked for them to refund and cancel my order—and here we are another week later, no refund, product or cancellation. I have never had a worse online ordering experience from any other company ever. I have never left poor reviews before, but after three emails being ignored, I am now telling all I can to not order from this company.
