10/10 experience I unfortunately received a faulty pair, but when I emailed photos to customer service they were SO HELPFUL! They responded so quickly and already sent out a new pair for me. Not only is the quality great but their customer service is 10/10

I really wanted to like this swim brand as their stuff is very cute. I got the classic Amalfi suit and the first one I wore once and the strap snapped. I was then given a replacement suit and took it on my honeymoon. I have yet to wear the suit and put it on today when the strap snapped again. That being said, the customer service has been absolutely incredible and worked alongside me with fixing the issue. They were happy to provide a refund or offer a new suit.

Hi Dakota, We are so sorry to hear about your Amalfis. This is extremely unusual and our team is heartbroken to hear about your experience. To help with next steps, our Fit Expert team will be following up with you to gather some additional information so that we can address this further. Please know that we pride ourselves on using high-quality fabrics and we never want this to be the Andie experience you expect. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we hope that we can help make this right for you.

WORST CUSTOMER SVC EVER!! After requesting to make a return “Julie” from customer svc said she’d be happy to process this for me. She requested pictures with tags/panty liners in place. I promptly did this on 8/15. After no response I emailed again. Still no response. Order #671079. I wish I had read the numerous appalling reviews about cust svc before placing an order. My guess is that any decent reviews re cust svc are manufactured by the company. There’s no way they are true. I’ve never been so ignored by a company before. Buyer Beware.
