Love my Andie bathing suit! I now own 2! They're comfortable and stay on properly in the ocean. They also made it right immediately when I ran into an issue.

I had an issue with some discolouration on the suit I ordered. I emailed customer service with a photo and they immediately were helpful and offered a replacement and advice on how to care for future suits. I was extremely impressed with their service!

I sent an email regarding a swimsuit that I was looking for as well as a discount code I couldn't get to work. The responses were timely and very helpful. I was very impressed.

The customer service team went above and beyond when I mistakenly duplicated my order. Their swim suits are by far the best I’ve found and the personalized attention only enhanced the experience.

I will now recommend this company to all of my friends! My return package (due to the size/fit) got lost in the mail and Andie's provided me with phenomenal customer service! Andie's has amazing business practices that many companies could learn from! I am now a loyal customer. Thank you to all of the Andie's customer service staff that assisted me with my order. Much appreciation, Amy

Unfortunately these suits are NOT suitable for girls with smaller waists and larger busts. I knew the bust area may be an issue so used the sites measurement tool to confirm which size I would need before hand. I followed there tools suggestion but my boobs still spilled out the sides. When giving feedback for why a return was necessary, the options were: too small bottom, too small waist or too small overall. At the very least Andie Swim could allow customers to provide them feedback on bust comfortability as a learning curve for themselves as well. Would not recommend.

I was excited to find a company that offered swimwear in "long torso" so I ordered two swimsuits, however, I need them each in one size larger. The site gave the impression there was free shipping if there is an exchange needed. There isn't. I've reached out THREE times through email AND Instagram trying to track somebody down to help me. Zero response. I regret that I ordered from this place. They take your money and that's it. There is no customer service.

Hi Lindsey, We are so sorry to hear that we weren't able to help you get this sorted in a timely fashion! Unfortunately, our small team has been tackling an extremely high amount of inquiries and haven't been able to get back to our customers as swift as we'd like. Please know that is not an excuse and that we're anxious to get this sorted for you. If you haven't been helped yet, please email [email protected] with the subject ATTN: Urgent Exchange Issue and we'll get back to you ASAP! Thank you for sharing your feedback as we know there is always room for improvement and feedback like yours helps us to do just that. Warmly, Ashley

I wish I could give it zero stars. If you use a coupon code you cannot return for your original payment method. So stupid! What a freaking scam company!!! Updated 7/26: they have changed their policy and are allowing returns to the original payment method. I will be returning both swim suits and never ordering from them again.
