The shipment comes from Asia, it was nowhere mentioned, although customs are cleared before it is shipped to the buyer. The trousers are good, tru to size, they said on the web that the material of the trousers is wrinkle free, that is not entirely true. While wearing the trousers they make sound.

My payment was declined and now I’m getting spam calls about my bank details and have spent a whole morning on the phone with my bank. Not worth the risk.

I hesitated to purchase because I only knew of the brand through Instagram adds and didn’t know if they were legitimate or if I’d get what I ordered. I decided to give it a try and was quite happy. The item was good quality and was as expected. Sizing is different that what I’m familiar with but if you look at the size chart it should work out. Shipping time was just a little longer than brands I’ve ordered from in the past but definitely not an excessive wait time. I would order again.

I love the clothes, they are amazing quality and construction. The company is easy to communicate with, they respond within a day. I had a shipping issue and they were more than happy to accommodate me. Please don't hesitate to order from them.

Last year, I ordered a pair of fleece lined pants. They arrived promptly and I loved them so much, I bought a second pair in another color (which I also loved). I had absolutely no concerns with the company being a scam. However, I more recently ordered a pair of culottes that I tried to cancel because I'd mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I received only an automated response and then got the order I'd tried to cancel. I'm still trying to work this out with the company and they are uncommunicative. I loved my first experiences so much and am wondering if they have changed owners, policies, or something -- and are now less reputable. Jury is still out -- I'm hoping for a good outcome.

I had been thinking about ordering from them for a long time, but because it was pricey and outside of EU I hesitated. Eventually I made an order thinking the quality and the brand’s view justified it. Nothing wrong with the shipping or delivery, but when I opened the package I was so dissapointed: the clothes had a chemical smell, the fabric of the pants were thin and flimsy, with ugly seams and syntethic tags. The color were off, not as pretty as on the website and honestly not one of the 4 products i bought were satisfactory at all. I’m really dissapointed, because from the look of the website, the price, the description and the image the brand is trying to project, these clothes didn’t reflect any of it. Might as well had been bought from Alibaba. I regret I didn’t look up the reviews beforehand.

Spent 136 bones on a jacket that appeared to be high quality by all standards listed. Once shipped, I was immediately skeptical due to the strange shipping companies listed on the tracker. Upon receiving and inspecting the item after several weeks, I found the jacket was made of a thin, flimsy material, stitching was off and the fit was enormous. I requested a return immediately and shipped it within the time frame required. It arrived in Hollis, NY on 3/23 and never moved to the next destination. Customer service told me to reach out to USPS if I had issues locating the package. I personally have never had an issue with USPS losing an item so this was clearly fishy on their end. I don't think they will ever accept returns and if they do, it is shown from multiple reviewers here that they will not accept the item as is even if it is in near perfect condition. I think they send the packages to a dud address so they can blame the return not arriving on USPS and keep your money. Don't gamble your hard earned pay check on this company as you can easily get the same quality items from AliExpress if you are in need of some cheap drop shipped crap. It is really funny to me that their aesthetic and company values do not align in any way with sustainability, high quality products or good customer service. I have reached out again recently to see if I in any way can get my money back and will follow up if I have any luck!

Have had multiple issues with this company. They are charging too much for substandard. The products come from China, take a long time to arrive, and when they do, the clothes have a bad odour. I am very unhappy; overall, it does not bode well . I will be sending an official complaint again.
