I had been thinking about ordering from them for a long time, but because it was pricey and outside of EU I hesitated. Eventually I made an order thinking the quality and the brand’s view justified it. Nothing wrong with the shipping or delivery, but when I opened the package I was so dissapointed: the clothes had a chemical smell, the fabric of the pants were thin and flimsy, with ugly seams and syntethic tags. The color were off, not as pretty as on the website and honestly not one of the 4 products i bought were satisfactory at all. I’m really dissapointed, because from the look of the website, the price, the description and the image the brand is trying to project, these clothes didn’t reflect any of it. Might as well had been bought from Alibaba. I regret I didn’t look up the reviews beforehand.

The clothes did show up and were okay quality. However, two items didn’t fit so I returned them. I double checked they were clean and sent back in the same condition I received them in. Despite this, I got an email saying for one of the items it was covered in fur (?) and I could not get a refund. The options they gave me were to pay them $15 more to ship the item back or have them ‘dispose of it’ for free… Items are overpriced for the quality and if you need a return the customer service is horrible.

Their items look really cute, but they're super ambiguous about their brand. They're based in China and ship via Cainiao and then pass off local delivery to a third-party shipper. They delivered to my building during non-business hours, and I've been trying to work with both the brand and courier to rearrange delivery and have yet to receive the product (over 30 days later!). I finally just disputed the charge. I'd skip buying from this brand!
