I made a claim as our patio door window was broken. I was assigned one person to deal with my claim and asked to provide two estimates for repair which took me about a week.One of which was immediately accepted. From the start of my claim to their agreeing to pay out took four weeks. I think that they did very well.

My experience with AMTrust is in contrast to the other reviews on here. I had an insurance claim on my caravan and they handled it very thoroughly and the outcome was very positive.I am very grateful for their help, in particular Ashleigh who was a pleasure to deal with. The claims process was very detailed and quite thorough but I felt the assessment was incredibly fair and they made payment very quickly. Thank you for all your help!
