Having read these reviews I’m feeling I’m very lucky that I have been paid out. I have caravan insurance with them, we got hit from Behind on a motorway by another vehicle. I filled out the claims form, got 1 quote, and I’ve just received the money to get the repair done. I was expecting it to be a nightmare especially having seen all the negative feedback, however my experience with them has been quite good to be fair. It took less than a month too.
