Website registration doesn't work. So I can't generate my loss runs reports. Extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone on the phone in customer service. Once I finally got a hold of someone, they were unable to help. Horrible customer service!

We are changing immediately. Clunky website. Bad customer service. Poor communication. Difficult to navigate audit process. Impossible to find the cancellation button on their site and they ignored multiple requests to cancel. CA has a 1 click to cancel law and this has to be in violation of that!

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this insurance company has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. When I first signed up, everything sounded great—competitive premiums, fast claims process, and "excellent customer service." Unfortunately, none of that turned out to be true. When I filed a claim after a legitimate incident, the process became a nightmare. Delays, vague communication, and repeated requests for the same documents over and over again. It took weeks just to get a basic response, and every time I called, I was transferred multiple times with no real resolution. Even worse, they tried to avoid paying the full claim amount using technicalities that were never clearly explained in the policy. I felt like they were looking for any excuse not to honor their end of the agreement.

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would!! We have our home in the UK insured, we live abroad. The upstairs had 2 leaks subsequently requiring a new bathroom, weeks between emails, asking for the same things or more, the bathroom had to go ahead because we have tenants in the house.. 6 months later, no further forward and still asking for further information!! To add insult to injury, they’ve now doubled the premium despite no pay out! We are 12K out of pocket. And complaints .. no response after offering £300 compensation. I don’t want compensated, I want the funds back that we’ve been paying insurance for!!! I’ll be taking this the whole road

Shocking company ! Do not buy a policy from this company . I insured my caravan with them and now wish I had read their reviews. In January 2025 when the storms hit our caravan was damaged . We are now in June 25 and they have still not paid out . They have written the caravan off and salvage company has collected my caravan and I still have not received a penny ! So be warned they do not do things in a hurry !!!

Poor company ! They don't want you to ever make a claim so they can keep taking your money. Check out the high value use instead written at the top

Fraud fraud fraud . His company is a total fraud never pay out . Even the ombudsmen were like oh not them again . Everyone make sore report them to the ombudsmen and write to BBC watchdog let's get this cpany reported for there disgusting treatment.
