I ordered 2 knee supports as they seemed to be just what i needed. The only choice I was given was 'Mens' or 'Womens' so I chose womens' which I assumed would be a smaller size than 'Mens'. When they arrived the packets were labelled 'Large'; consequently they are too big and slip down. Contacted the support team but no reply from them, not even an acknowledgement of my email. Poor service all round. Would not recommend.

You contacted me about "How to honour 90 day Returns and Refund policy" But you need a QR code and returns address label .The information supplied was incorrect The address given, was for the "Royal Mail sorting Depot "(Middle Man) Please answer my E-Mail with the correct information. QR code and correct returns address. "Help me to help you" Nothing wrong with the actual product I'm just too thin I would like a refund, but, would also like you succeed as you have a good idea and decent product

Earlier I left a scathing review of this product, because of unanswered emails regarding incorrect size. But after leaving that review, I was immediately contacted through email by a rep and they sent me a replacement with the correct size. I have tried it on and find it very comfy and ideal for my knee complaints that I have through sporting injury years ago. Thank you Amrelieve for your response in recitifying my problem and sending me a replacement, I am so grateful. There is good service in this world after all... :))))

I must say, i am surprised by the some of the negative reviews...I have been in alot of discomfort from one knee which is swollen, in my seventies i'm not going to undergo surgery. some months ago my other knee began to give me pain. Researching the issue I came across this product, nothing ventured, nothing gained and so i ordered a pair and was surprised to receive them quite quickly, considering i am in the UK. The issue i had was that the size sent slipped to around my calf. I complained and without any fuss, not only was my order of one pair replaced for a smaller size, I was also sent another size to try 'free of charge' plus I was told not to return the original size, but to pass them on to someone in need...if that isn't service, then I do not know what is. As for the product, it does what it says on the tin, the movement in my knee's are vastly improved and the discomfort reduced by 60/70%. I do not leave the house without wearing them. I've just placed another order for a relative and recommended the product to friend...my one bit of caution would be that the brace is 'not' a 'one size fits all'. When placing an order try to judge what size you require depending on your overall build [small, medium, large, extra-large] and/or the size of your legs.

I answered the advert and tried to buy 2 of the knee supports. I paid the money but have not heard a thing back about delivery or shipping.

Utter crap - too small - don’t believe the hype - it’s not one size ! I emailed them about the size and no answer. Utter load of rubbish. Please do not be taken in by this company - ps - it came from China

Impressed by the advertising of a Knee support bandage but disappointed with customer support. Only a week since I placed my order (2nd September 2021) but any progress seems difficult to attain. The Royal Mail tracking number just states the supplier is dispatching and this has been the case since 4th September (now 9th). This is not normal Royal Mail - i.e. there are normally messages to state collected and then progress as it moves from one depot to another. This item looks like it has not yet left the supplier which contradicts the 'scripted response' I receive. I am suspicious of a scam / con but would be delighted to get the product and meaningful customer support. The Amrelieve website states (9th Sep. 13:50) order in next 20 minutes for dispatch today and delivery within 3-7 days.---Update Monday 13th September--- Royal Mail updated Friday 10th September. Delivered 11th.

An Instagram advert for the ultra knee elite caught my eye so I emailed Amrelieve to ask whether it contained any neoprene. Mavreen replied promptly saying it was just nylon and spandex so I thought I would take a punt and order a couple. They came to the UK within a week. I’ve only been wearing them a couple of days but I am surprised how much effect they are having. Noticeably less knee discomfort. They are comfortable to wear although I imagine in very hot weather they might get a bit sweaty. Hopefully the effect will continue long term but so far I am very impressed
