These are “compression” socks but not that compressed. They are not snug and I have a small. Interesting that the website sells them as diabetic relief but no where in the package does it make this claim.

Ordered and received 6 pairs of Soothesocks XXL. I wear a size 11 shoe so I ordered XXL to be safe. There is no way I can even come close to getting these socks on. E-mailed the company on Dec. 2nd and again on Dec. 13th. to request a return authorization. No response. Just sent a 3rd request today. We will see what happens. Update.....Company contacted us and we returned the socks and have already have a pending credit. Good job by them.

I bought the socks and used their sizing chart. Its not a very versatile sock/sleeve. The portion that goes from the crest of the heal to the bend in the top of your ankle is VERY unforgiving. I could barely get the sock on. The portion under the arch and around the base of the ankle fit fine. But the area I mentioned was so binding that my foot was falling asleep within seconds of putting it on. This sock/sleeve needs a redesign. I'm going to return it as soon as the company shares how that process works. They don't disclose the return process on their website. So D- so far on the entire experience. 12/29 Update - see the company's response below. Lacking in details. I've emailed the "support" email below asking for return instructions. The return guarantee doesn't mean anything if customers don't know how to use it. Still waiting. Still a D- at this stage.

I recently purchased 4 x Ultra Knee Elite’s. Unfortunately the claims that one size fits all is clearly untrue. I am an average build male of 90 kg. Within 20 paces the products fall off my knees and after 20 minutes i get sick of pulling them up and look at my expensive and unfashionable ankle warmers. Very disappointed as they appear well made, feel firm, taut and supportive when I put them on. Perhaps you need to send me the female version (assuming they are smaller) to make up for your false advertising.

Very dissapointed as it doesn't fit my knee, not big enough and curls up, pad is not reaching my knee.

I put an order in today and porch pirate charge came up for $9.99. I call to have the charge change and got no answer. No call back from the call back line. This is just not good customer service.

QR code and correct returns address. "Help me to help you" Nothing wrong with the actual product I'm just too thin I would like a refund, but, would also like you succeed as you have a good idea and decent product
