I put an order in today and porch pirate charge came up. Not happy!
I put an order in today and porch pirate charge came up for $9.99. I call to have the charge change and got no answer. No call back from the call back line. This is just not good customer service.

I purchase two knee Elite for women
I purchase two knee Elite for women. I requested and x-large and received a large. Cannot get them past my knee too tight. I am trying to contact the company for a QR code to exchange for a larger size. I am waiting for a call back. I purchased many of the socks and have been very satisfied. I hope they keep their standard of quality so that I can have resollution to my issue.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. When you call (302) 746-2472 and get put on hold they hang up on you. If you ask for a call back which I did three hours ago you do not hear back from them. I ordered the compression socks which actually seem to work pretty well, as I have couple of pairs that I ordered before, so I ordered some more but accidentally ordered too many, and need to make a change to my order which it appears they are not going to let me do.

Helps my knees!
It's not a scam.I ordered 2 of the knee sleeves and they arrived pretty fast.I wear them everyday to work.I especially like the built in knee cushions in case I need to kneel on the floor.If you have pretty big legs like I do get the mens size,if you have skinny legs get the womens size.They don't slip! Will be watching to see how long they last but they seem to be well made.

Bought a pair of the ankle foot support…
Bought a pair of the ankle foot support socks. Talked with agent about size 12. Was told XXL would fit up to size 15. Got the socks Christmas Eve. Could not even get them past arch of foot. Had to return at my expense. Poor sizing do not buy these socks if concerns about size. Lose money n returns. Bad company policy. Fool me once!

Be careful ordering from Am Relieve
Be cautious and read reviews before ordering from Am Relieve. Ordered knee sleeves, have called three times to follow up and told arrived at customs on November 11, 2021. Have received pkgs from other companies that were ordered after this was, cleared customs and have already been delivered. Am Relieve won't do anything about this. Very unhappy!
