Physical therapist recommended!
I'm a physical therapist and use amp at home for my own rehab and strength workouts. I love how I can adjust the resistance by the pound and by the type of motion I need with the added eccentric and band modes. Plus, the machine is so unobtrusive compared to dumbbells and bands scattered about the floor. The convenience and flexibility amp alone helps me stay more consistent with my ~20-30 min routine. What helps the most with healing injuries and preventing new ones? Consistency and low barriers to doing the work. Some may lament the machine having only one arm, but I MUCH prefer working on one side at a time, or asymmetrical exercises, for core engagement and to address imbalances between my two sides.
