I felt that your rep was truly sincere in getting my order correct. I can tell that by the attention I received via email. The product was perfect, even though I was a stickler for punctuation marks: after all the song is a Lennon-McCartney masterpeice!!!!!!!

I bought my wife the largest available size of our wedding song with our names in the center and our wedding date. It was one of the few times I truly hit a home run for a gift. She immediately went upstairs and hung it up over our bed. Nearly every day since she has told me how awesome of a gift she thinks it is!

I was worried at first because I was picking a song that wasn't very well known, but they actually emailed me with a preview before proceeding with the order (AND they had the right song!).
