Dear Member, Thank you for the review! We try to make sure that all the validated members are real and interested in communication with other members of the website. For this purpose, we introduced the difficult procedure of verification steps for them. All of the members consciously made their decision to verify and register their accounts on the website to communicate with penfriends they find here and move forward beyond the platform if everything is going well. We are a safe company, we do our best to prevent scam activity from women's side and in case of some situations we always investigate and take measures. We’re here for you anytime. Please feel free to contact us via [email protected] in case of any questions. Kind Regards, Amourfactory Customer Support

Dear Mark, I do share your concerns and I realize that trusting someone you talk to is crucial for you. From our side, we have done everything to make the platform safe. We have established the process of the ladies' verification by our Regional Partners. If someone doesn't seem real to you or behaves suspiciously as you might think, you can always share this with our 24/7 Customer Support. We will immediately review any situation that happened. I completely understand that chatting with someone online may raise doubts from time to time. You cannot check who is sitting behind the screen and that's what makes you feel so suspicious. We have a few options to check this for you. You might already know about the verification steps we are taking. The video confirmation is the main way to check whether the lady is real. She has to confirm her identity by recording a video and showing her ID document on the camera. If any profile does not meet the requirements of the check-up at any of the abovementioned stages, it gets deactivated. We do not pay the validated members for communication with other members, and prohibit our Regional Partners to do so. If we find out that the member is paid by the Partner for communication on his/her behalf, we fine the Partner and immediately delete the member’s profile. We try to make sure that all the validated members are interested in communication with other members of the website. For this purpose, we introduced the difficult procedure of verification steps for them. All of the members consciously made their decision to verify and register their accounts on the website to communicate with penfriends they find here and move forward beyond the platform if everything is going well. I am very sorry, but we are not able to prohibit the members to write to you. We give all the members an opportunity to initially reach the person they are interested in. I know that this amount of chat invitations can be a little frustrating, but for now, we don’t have the feature of limiting the chats requests. I will send the feedback to our Development Team. Maybe, they will come up with something in the future. Also, you can block the particular member from writing to you. We’re here for you anytime. Please feel free to contact us via [email protected] in case of any questions. Kind Regards, Amourfactory Customer Support

Dear Mithun, Hello and thanks for finding time to submit your review. Please kindly note, that our website is completely legitimate, as we work only in accordance with international law. There are no bots, as we carefully approve all the members to be registered on our website. Our members’ profiles are not confirmed unless we verify their ID and background. Our regional partners make sure that there are no bogus profiles, that the member you look at in the profile pictures is the person you are corresponding with (such profiles have a label “Validated member”). Also, the price of chatting that you stated isn't close the reality. If you wish to find out more, please contact us via [email protected] Best regards, AmourFactory Customer Support
