Had already purchased one… But I have two cats… They were both so in love with it that I had to get another :-) Very sturdy, and super easy to put together.

Customer service was quick to respond to my inquiry about shipping and then received item shortly thereafter. The window perch I purchased is loved so much by my cats, I bought another one!

I never received my order. I reached out to the company after an email arrived showing that my order had been left by my garage - it had not. I explained the situation to them, and they sent me a link showing that the order was delivered and that I should look at my garage. I again explained that I was home the entire day that it was delivered, I reviewed my entire home perimeter, mailbox, front & back door and spoke to my neighbors. No package. Since that email I've been ghosted - no responses. Very disappointed. I've ordered their product (4 cat window seats) through Amazon and have never had an issue. I thought I would support a small business and order replacement cushion directly from them. Never again. They took my money and gave me nothing in return. Incredibly disappointed. Would highly recommend that if you order their product do not order directly from them as they cannot support delivery of their product.

My cat loves this windows perch! I was shocked how fast it came and how easy it was to put together! I ordered a second one! Same experience! Jack loves looking out and he stays safe!
